24 Jul Meet Your Recruiter-Sylvester Kane
Sylvester was born in Boston before his family moved to Baltimore, growing up there for a while and then settling in the suburbs of Philadelphia. He attended Shippensburg University, where he earned a bachelors in business, with a focus on marketing.
After graduating, Sylvester entered the insurance industry, where he worked in sales for three years before Pete and Gene called him and brought him on as the second Jonus employee.
In his five years with the company, he’s been one of the most valuable people to the team. He’s consistently one of the top recruiters, and was promoted to a management role in 2016. He now leads the Pacific team at the Jonus, heading up all the recruiting efforts for the states in the Pacific Time Zone.
When not at work, “Syl” enjoys reading, writing, studying psychology and philosophy, investing, and being outside.
