Personal Lines Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and professional Personal Lines Customer Service Representative to join a small but dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse book of business, including high-net-worth clients, in a supportive and flexible work environment.

Compensation Package

  • Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000+ (depending on experience)

Responsibilities

As a Personal Lines CSR, you will be responsible for providing end-to-end servicing for clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing client communications, including phone calls and emails, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
  • Handling policy renewals, endorsements, billing inquiries, and other servicing tasks.
  • Quoting new and renewal business as needed.
  • Supporting high-net-worth clients and expanding the company's presence in this market segment.
  • Utilizing QQ Catalyst software to manage client accounts and documentation.

Qualifications/Requirements

To excel in this role, candidates should meet the following qualifications:

  • Licensing: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within the insurance industry.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in QQ Catalyst or similar agency management software is preferred.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Strong professional communication skills.
    • Solid product knowledge and ability to explain coverage options to clients.
    • Excellent phone presence and customer service orientation.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a small team environment.
    • Flexibility and adaptability to meet client and agency needs
