Commercial Lines Construction Account Manager

Overview:

A growing and reputable insurance agency is seeking a motivated Commercial Lines Construction Account Manager to join their team. This is a hybrid role based in the Greater Philadelphia area, ideal for someone with construction insurance experience and strong client service skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts ranging from $100k to $500k in premiums

  • Collaborate with Producers to service and grow existing accounts

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and underwriters

  • Analyze and assess clients' insurance needs, providing appropriate solutions and recommendations

  • Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and company policies

  • Handle policy endorsements, renewals, and cancellations

  • Assist with claims processing and resolution as needed

Qualifications:

  • Active P&C License required

  • Demonstrated experience in commercial lines insurance, with knowledge of construction insurance
  • Familiarity with Applied Epic or similar agency management system

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team

  • Knowledge of insurance regulations and compliance requirements
