Commercial Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. This role involves managing and servicing a designated book of commercial lines business, with a focus on middle to large market accounts in industries such as hospitality, commercial real estate, construction, and retail. This position offers a hybrid work environment, with the flexibility to work remotely up to two days per week. Compensation Package
- Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 (depending on experience)

Responsibilities
- Manage and service a designated book of commercial lines business
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through responsive communication and proactive account management
- Process policy changes, endorsements, certificates of insurance, renewals, and audits
- Collaborate with producers to identify client needs and provide strategic insurance solutions
- Work with carriers to obtain quotes, negotiate terms, and resolve billing or policy issues
- Prepare proposals, review coverages, and assist clients with claims as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation in the agency management system
- Ensure compliance with agency standards and industry regulations
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Certifications: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
- Experience: 2+ years in commercial insurance, with strong knowledge of coverages including General Liability, Property, Auto, Workers Compensation, Umbrella, and Professional Liability
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS360 or similar agency management systems
- Soft Skills:
- Client-centered and service-oriented

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Engaging and able to build rapport with clients and team members
- Politely assertive in negotiations and problem-solving
- Work Tenure: A proven track record of consistent job tenure in previous roles is required.
