Compensation Package

  • Salary Range: $55,000 - $70,000 (depending on experience)

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full lifecycle of commercial insurance policies, including billing, payments, and servicing.
  • Handle Certificates of Insurance (COIs) with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by confidently addressing client inquiries and concerns over the phone.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless policy management and client satisfaction.
  • Utilize technology to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and explore ways to integrate AI and other technological advancements into daily operations.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licensure: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in commercial lines account management or personal lines account management.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, is highly valued. Experience with EZLynx is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Strong initiative and ability to work independently without constant supervision.
    • Tech-savvy with an interest in AI and innovative solutions.
    • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills.
    • A collaborative mindset and a passion for delivering outstanding client service.
