Compensation Package

Salary Range: $55,000 - $70,000 (depending on experience)

Responsibilities

Manage the full lifecycle of commercial insurance policies, including billing, payments, and servicing.
Handle Certificates of Insurance (COIs) with accuracy and efficiency.
Provide exceptional customer service by confidently addressing client inquiries and concerns over the phone.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless policy management and client satisfaction.
Utilize technology to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Stay informed about industry trends and explore ways to integrate AI and other technological advancements into daily operations.

Qualifications/Requirements

Licensure: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
Experience: 2-3 years of experience in commercial lines account management or personal lines account management.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, is highly valued. Experience with EZLynx is a plus but not mandatory.
Soft Skills:
