Commercial Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. This role is pivotal in managing a diverse portfolio of large commercial accounts while contributing to the continued success and growth of our organization. Compensation Package
- Salary: Competitive, up to the $90,000 range for the right candidate

Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of large commercial accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention
- Quote and process new and renewal business for various lines of commercial coverage
- Collaborate with carriers such as Travelers, Liberty, Chubb, and others to secure optimal coverage for clients
- Handle all aspects of account management, including policy servicing, endorsements, and claims assistance
- Maintain and grow a book of business, contributing to the agency's year-over-year growth
- Utilize agency management systems such as Epic to ensure efficient and accurate account handling
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Certifications: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required; CIC and CISR designations preferred
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in commercial lines account management preferred, though candidates with less experience will be considered if they demonstrate exceptional skills and professionalism
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with agency management systems such as Epic; familiarity with quoting and servicing processes for various commercial lines
- Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, a team-oriented mindset, and a commitment to long-term career growth within the organization
- Industry Knowledge: Experience with lines of coverage such as general liability, workers' compensation, D&O, E&O, property, and more; familiarity with industries such as industrial, contractors, healthcare, and retail
