Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial real estate clients.
- Serve as the primary account manager for key clients, developing comprehensive account strategies to drive revenue and client satisfaction.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territory or accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of client-focused services, solutions, and support.
- Analyze client needs and provide tailored solutions based on company offerings in real estate products or services.
- Negotiate contracts, agreements, and terms to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Track and report key metrics, sales progress, and account health using CRM tools.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform strategic decisions.
- Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Proven experience as an account manager, sales executive, or similar role within the commercial insurance industry.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build meaningful, long-term client relationships.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Solid understanding of commercial real estate principles, markets, and industry trends.
- Proficiency in CRM and sales management tools.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and ability to work independently.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Previous experience managing accounts in the real estate or property management industries preferred.
